I'd do two things - speak to AIS (they offer free/discounted therapy) - their approach changed my life ([https://www.stutteringtreatment.org](https://www.stutteringtreatment.org)) and I'd practice stuttering. Phone grocery stores and ask them a question while making yourself stutter, do it 5 times a day until you feel less of the shame and pain. Caring less about your stutter is the only way to 'beat it' - you will still stutter some times, but without caring so much you'll feel better, your anxiety will go down and disfluency will be less prevalent. Good luck!
