When the diaphragm muscle relaxes, there are no contractions, and speech comes out smoothly without stuttering. The goal of the exercise is relaxation. **2-The Physical Techniques to control Stuttering:** * Rib Breathing with talking * Hitting the first letter * Elongation * The Emphatic Tone **3-Psychological tools to control stuttering:** * Deliberately revealing your identity that you are stutterer * Acknowledging Stuttering * The Killer Exaggeration ( Excessive use of physical techniques ) * Support ( Take a friend to go and talk with techniques ) *The goal of the techniques is to let the listener know that we stutter (we pretend that we stutter Because* we are using deliberate lack of fluency *through techniques)* *Because before we used to hide stuttering and pretend we were people who did not stutter* *But now we will show that we are stuttering to people, but we are the ones who control stuttering through techniques that make it easier for us to pronounce.* *Pretending to stutter by using certain techniques will kill the fear of stuttering and kill difficult words and situations in a correct way.* *After a period of time, stuttering will begin to disappear, and you will never need to use techniques.*
