Fortunately, that's _not_ what you sound like. It's just what _that_ sounds like to _you_. Yeah, there are two points in this: The first is that people don't stutter in identical ways. Your stutter will obviously sound different compared to another. Maybe not by much, but still. The second is that I find that people who don't stutter don't pay the same amount of attention to it like we tend to do. It's our particular (negative) awareness that makes it problematic. All in all, I think the crucial part of it all is that we learn to listen without feeling bad. And for this to happen, we may need to first not feel bad about our own stutter. :)
