I think the funniest job rejection I received was an email, full of grammatical errors, explaining how they were looking for someone with strong communication skills. A quick google search of anti-discrimination law in India indicates that there isn't much protection outside of sexual harassment. Fortunately, that isn't the case in the US, and refusing to hire someone because of their stutter could potentially result in a huge lawsuit. Keep your chin up though. I know it's demoralizing at times. I know it sucks to go through. Try and stay patient. Eventually you'll find an employer who looks past the stutter.
