I feel your pain on this one. It took me almost 100 interviews, over 20 to the final round, before I finally got an offer out of grad school. Fortunately, it's been easier since then because my career is data science and experienced professionals are in short supply, but I feel like interviews will always be a struggle. I would say just be upfront by acknowledging the stutter at the start, and hope for good luck in interviewers. It really sucks that we face such hidden discrimination over something we can't control and have to overcompensate in other ways in order to just have a chance.
