This sounds like depression. Seek help for your depression first. I always advocate for speech therapy, but what you're describing is greater than your stuttering. You can work on your fluency, but it sounds like your stutter getting worse is based on other things. I suspect if you get help with your depression, your fluency may bounce back to earlier (better) levels. It's important to remember than if your fluency can get worse, logic dictates it can get better as well. Whether through improvements to your mental health or through a speech therapy program (ideally both!) You can get better. Find a first step. Maybe expressing yourself to this sub today was the first step. If so, take another.
