Any parents with stutter here?

Any parents with stutter here? I noticed that I tend to stutter more when talking to my 11 year old son. I think it is because he often does not listen (like most kids) and so I often end up repeating myself several times. My stutter then leads to my frustration and exhaustion. Any parenting advice? I love my son above anything btw and he is a good kid.
