Sometimes my stuttering can come out if I eat corn starch. Even if I’m not nervous it can happen. Watch your diet. Read every food label and try to find common feelings that you get from different ingredients. Especially be watching for how you feel after eating certain inflammatory foods, such as soy, wheat, high fructose corn syrup, monosodium glutamate, etc. Also, are there any areas of your life where you feel you have repressed emotions? Or where you feel incompetent or sensitive? Especially social situations.
