I have a few but working on them. 1. Jaw spasm for no reason. 2. Loss of eye contact/ closing my eyes gently (not as tight anymore), 3. Holding my Jaw/ massaging the shit out of my chin and lower jaw. Ok, so I have tried to get rid of these things with sometimes worse results. 1. The jaw thing I am working on by holding my jaw coz it only happens on W words and some vowels. I tried breathing and easy onset but one time I got a little stuck and breathed maybe too much then I felt like was going to pass out and my nose started tingling. I hyperventilated and blew off too much CO2 then felt lightheaded and dizzy. I had to sit down during a presentation. 2. I tried really hard keeping my eyes open and then I would stutter and my eyes would bulge and my whole head would move forward (into the listeners space) it was honestly a bit frightening looking and so I decided closing my eyes with intention was better. 3. I put my hands in my hoodie or jean pockets to avoid touching my face at all. But apparently I am clenching my fists and squaring up my shoulders and chest ( to keep vasalva breathing) and my SO says I look like a midget Khabib Nurmagomedov- "Ready to Smesh" lol. In the past I used to have a really hard time with P/B sounds and sometimes I'd get a block and build up spit behind my lips and would sometimes even come out as spittle on my lips. Ugh! Easy onsets and pull outs worked so well I almost never have difficulty any more. I also used to tap my foot or finger. I tapped my whole body but the worst was when I would tap my chin. Also I had no cadence so I'd just rapidly tap my chin and when that didn't work I'd pound my chin.
