Just curious I’ve stuttered my whole life, I’ve been to speech therapy kindergarten-8th grade. It went away for the most part in high school but ended up coming back. Went away again after I went to school to be a vet tech when I was employed, or was at least less noticeable, and is back bad again. Like many have said I truly think it has a lot of to do with mindset, view of self, how happy you are, etc. Just a backstory. But I did have a question as I have never met anyone else who stutters. Is it difficult for you to talk to people while doing a task with your hands and focusing on other things? I’ve noticed people who don’t stutter can say, work the line at a fast casual restaurant and talk while making food, but I seem to really struggle and can’t seem to do my job while talking and having conversation. Can any of you do both?
