Anyone else stutter even more with family members?

Anyone else stutter even more with family members? Oddly enough, I speak with more confidence when strangers are around than when I speak one-on-one with my parents (especially my mom). And it's not because I'm more relaxed around my parents. I actually get physically tenser somehow.
