Would it be possible to talk one on one with your professors and let them know the situation? I had a similar experience in college. One of my professors was cool and allowed me to submit my work without an oral presentation. The other professor wasn't supportive at all. But my campus had a disabilities office. I went there and someone from their office advocated on my behalf. Maybe your campus has something like this as well?
