The inhale and exhale method I’m using is similar to the rhythm of smoking. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, speak continuously. Place your hand near your mouth while talking. You should feel your breath hitting your hand with each word. Focus on merging your words together, speaking fluidly without pauses. If you need to speak in shorter intervals, take a deep breath before starting each phrase. If you stop feeling the breath on your hand while exhaling and speaking, pause to inhale deeply again and continue exhaling as you talk. Repeat this process to maintain consistent airflow. Also remember to completely stop breathing through your nose when speaking. Another key tip is to stop overthinking as you speak. Instead of mentally rehearsing or reading from your brain, practice letting words flow out naturally without pre-planning them.
