Most of the guys I’ve dated have had a little joke about me stuttering, BUT as long as you have confidence you’re good. I felt like it limited me in high school because everyone was ignorant and called me “slow” because I didn’t speak fluently like them. Now I’m a young adult (22) trying to navigate life i think what works best for me is just saying I stutter right off the bat because when I do stutter for the first time in front of them it’s awkward and it makes me feel guilty and I shouldn’t feel guilty for stutter at all.
