Yeah. I know. That’s why ppl keep asking “why am I always fluent when alone??” Most SLPs treat it like there’s a problem w articulation (physical) Id argue that, for lay purposes, it’s okay to think of neurological = cause of anxiety. Someone once said “I was alone in my house, trying to leave a voicemail, and stuttered - which was weird, bc I’m always fluent when alone!”
