How Do You Induce A Different State Of Mind While Talking?

How Do You Induce A Different State Of Mind While Talking? Just last week ago I recorded myself talking casually. An audio journal entry. Just randomly talking on my phone about stuff and having fun. It sounded overall smooth. Very little stuttering. It felt very easy. If I were to give my fluency a number I'd say 80%. I also make my entries when I'm out walking on the street because there's good ambience sound (so you're not self conscious), and no one is paying attention to you. But now I had to record a short presentation type thing for college and guess what - IMMENSE STUTTERING. Even though I was just talking to my phone. It was a super short presentation....even shorter than my audio journal entry. My fluency was 20% This was just a time difference of a week. That's it! It made me think - If I was doing this presentation as if it was just another one of my journal entries, my fluency would be good. So its just a case of a difference in state of mind. I'm guessing that since I was recording in the context of a presentation, it gave me performance anxiety? And when I do a random audio journal recording.....there's no pressure so I can talk? This is so frustrating! Why can't I just induce that same state of mind no matter what context I am talking in!?!?! I wasn't even doing this in front of a person, I was literally doing the exact same thing as I was last week - talking to a phone outside on the street.
