What are the consequences of not giving an F?

What are the consequences of not giving an F? Basically the question. What will happen if I don't care about my stutter, no matter how long a block might be (I'm talking about 40 secs of silence block)? What will happen if I don't care if I'm being a burden to others? These are the options: 1. Everybody will respect me and not care about my stutter because I'm the first who don't care. 2. I'll be seen as someone selfish or who doesn't care about others and about their precious time, and will end up with no friends for these reasons. Or if you have another option, let me know. Just be transparent honest. Thanks.
