What makes you say there’s no universal cause or trigger? I’ve been reading this sub for over a year, and see many here have extremely identical experiences or behaviors. Most blocking happens on your name of other proper nouns with no other alternative. Many bob their heads, avoid eye contact. Many have developed a big vocabulary. I’m mentioning this bc being aware of these holds to key to learning how to decrease blocking
