When I was a kid it could get very bad, to read out loud in a class room, was impossible. Slowly improved, take things slow, relaxed. People now complain that I'm long winded, ask me the time & I would give a dissertation on time keeping & nuclear clocks. I still have block words, so I pattern my speech around them. Big problem is my name is one, so introductions can difficult. But I've got a wonderful family, pretty successful business, I would like to get into politics but I'm too much of an introvert.
