My dad stutters, but it's pretty rare now, maybe once every 100 words or so. He said it was severe in high school though. Mine (28, male) has always hovered around moderate, some days severe and some quite easy. Stuttering is not a bad thing and nothing to worry about with kids. I'm looking forward to passing on my genes if I have the opportunity, and the chance is probably high that a male child of mine would stutter. Everyone goes through struggles and challenges. If it's not stuttering, it's something else. Nothing to worry about.
