I would suggest talking to your teacher about it and see if you can do an alternate assignment. They should be understanding. I know for me it was a relief just to tell someone I stuttered instead of acting like i couldn’t think of a word, floundering when I had a big block , etc. I was shameful of it but it only hurt me more. For many of this it comes in waves of fluency and this is not a good time for you it seems. It is difficult because you will naturally hyper focus on it. In these times try to remember that most people are only worried about what they are doing or thinking and are self-critical on their own. Try to be patient and kind with yourself, better times are ahead, you are not alone!
