What is the worst part for you with a stutter in a conversation?

What is the worst part for you with a stutter in a conversation? Mine is when someone finishes my sentence for me. It seems to make either the stutter worse throughout the rest of the conversation or I then abruptly cut the conversation. Or seeing someone’s face go from interested to uninterested within seconds of the stutter beginning but still wanting to finish that sentence to get my ‘achievement’ Also has any lockdowns affected anyone’s stutter either positively or negatively?
