I'm broken and i can't be fixed?

I'm broken and i can't be fixed? Nothing will help my stuttering since there's no cure, no treatment, and there's also no medicine to treat it. after doing more research on stuttering, it's caused by a defect in the brain's speech signals. Speech therapy is useless because Therapy can't fix that defect. My life is hopeless and i'm depressed.
