I spent so many years of my life not sharing my thoughts because I was afraid of stuttering and that makes me so sad. I still do it sometimes. As I got older, I adopted a DGAF attitude. Now I'm a professional speaker. If I stutter, I tell the audience that I stutter and I'm currently experiencing "technical difficulties". I was a guest on a podcast recently and I told them before we started recording that I stutter and if it happens they shouldn't edit it out because I want to be authentic. Embrace your stutter. It's a part of you and you're great!
