Hey pharmacist here. I take an sssri and bupropion. I can't say either has helped with the anxiety. But the ssri has definitely took away the depression and suicidal thoughts for me. SSRI/SNRIs don't work for everyone and can take alot of experimenting to find the one that does work for you. Happy to answer any questions you have..
