How to forget Many times I try to disassociate with reality by doing things that make me forget about it. Since I can’t drink alcohol for religious reasons, I binge watch movies/TV shows and it helps my mind relax and forget but I also know too much of it is unhealthy. What are some healthy habits you’ve learned that help you forget and cope with stuttering daily?
