That’s great! Don’t go in expecting miracles to happen, it took me over 2 years to be able to speak confidently and strike up convos with total strangers! But you’ll get there eventually, and it will be great! If your therapist asks to record you during the first session or two, let them! Once you make significant progress, it’s great to hear where you come from compared to where you are now!
