Mindfulness to get rid of negative emotions towards stuttering Hello my fellow friends, something to clarify that I am not an English native speaker I apologize in advance if you're unable to understand or misread my points. I have been a stutterer as long as I can remember and I have heard that mindfulness allows self-acceptance and acknowledge that negative emotions stuttering brings such as fear, depress and embarrassment. These few months I few that I have finally trying to accept that I would always be a stutter but sometimes these negative emotions get to me causing me to disorientate in the present moment. How do I incorporate mindfulness to get rid of these negative emotions whenever I stutter or about to speak and acknowledge them and not control me wherever I am having an interaction.
