I've been in SaaS for huge private company for the past nine years...never disclosed my disfluency until recently I started to with a few clients mostly as an ice breaker and to give myself grace...been more open about to some colleagues mostly due to my recent speech therapy sessions...I tend to not stutter per se but mostly blocks here and there...sometimes not at all. Depending on how severe your situation is...maybe disclose but in confident, light-hearted way.
