Does anyone else feel when they are ab to stutter?

Does anyone else feel when they are ab to stutter? For example, i have a feeling in my chest when I know I’m about to stutter, so I usually just stop talking, or if I’m talking to my friends I just spell it out lol. I’ve always wondered if anyone else could feel their stutter coming before it happens.
