Oh customers are sooo rude to me , Some won’t even speak to me once they hear I stutter. Management is amazing . They don’t tolerate rude callers , we give them 1 warning and we can end the call if they continue to be rude , also I can not transfer them and they can not talk to someone else , they got me and if they don’t like it they can hang up and call back
