Basically a speech impediment at this point

Basically a speech impediment at this point I know stuttering is a speech impediment, but im so used to it I just kinda dont consider it? If thst makes sense lol Ive stuttered over words like every other sentence since I was a little kid so I'm like Way used to it at this point and just know to stop talking and take a quick breath before continuing when it starts to get bad. But there's something else, when I try to talk or say a word in the middle of the sentence I like Physically can't say it? Like No sound comes our of my mouth and It's like I'm straining myself to say it? Is this part of my stutter or is this a speech impediment?
