Similar to what the original commenter said, basically aspirate the hard sounds slightly before you pronounce them. "Thank you" becomes more like "^(hh)Thank you." "Totally" becomes something like "^(hs)Totally" with a very soft starting "t" sound. If I feel a block coming, I just don't let me tongue reach the top of my mouth.
