My degree of fluency is like ebb and flow. Some things rather consistently give me trouble, but I can have periods where my stutter barely registers. And then there are other periods where I can't control much of anything. I don't know that I'm _managing_ anything, it just comes and goes, and I'm sort of expecting that.
