Honestly, you need to just go out there and try. When I watched the king's speech when it came out, I never imagined myself that someone would want me but I was with someone for almost 5 years, and it wasn't that big of an issue. Don't bring up the stutter unless they bring it up, or if online only bring it up when talking about a deep topic or whatnot. And when it comes to employers, look at Elon musk. He's an autistic stutterer, and people cheer when he speaks. Trust, and fake confidence till you make it.
