I mean it's not like you can get rid of it overnight. If you stutter, then the audience shall the fuck listen to your every stutter. If they don't like it it's their problem. Remember that you are doing your best. If anything, it is a brave thing to do. By coming out to speak despite the stutter, you're showing immense courage. Keep that in mind. I've had a stutter my whole life (I'm 19) and ironically, it seems to get weaker the less I think about it as something bad. Everytime I was focused on "decreasing the stutter", I only stuttered more. So for me the best solution was to just try my best to think stuttering is something good and not bad. Sometimes I even stutter on purpose just to prove to my anxiety that it can go fuck itself. This is the life saving mindset.
