K is due to high exhale rate. Breath out 2 or 3 seconds, then say key. P is due to very close standing lips. Open your jaw and keep it there, move only the lips to say pen. T needs also an open jaw. Bend the tip of the tongue up to touch the root of the upper teeth. Of course, everything after a 2 seconds exhale.
