> and I've tried everything but nothing works. So far... Just because you haven't found a way forward yet doesn't mean you won't. It just means you have to persevere. Don't quit. You're at the most difficult time of your life as a stutterer. Get through today. And get out of your head. Allowing your stutter to make your decisions is a bigger problem than your actual stutter. Our blocks are momentary (Those moments can feel like they last an eternity.) But the decisions to not speak or engage have much longer lasting effects. We regret not having engaged in conversations. We never get those moments back. When you reflect on your stuttering, how much of that reflection is "I wish I wouldn't have spoke" vs "I wish I didn't stutter so I could have been part of the conversation?" For me, it's pretty one-sided. The regrets all lie with the times I allowed my stutter to stop me from engaging.
