Point of note: I'm not sure how exactly you conceive of this, but I'd be careful assigning grades to your days like that. It might sound like you're rating your own performance, which grading is wont to do. And indeed, stutter is not something you're doing wrong - so it's unfair to grade yourself low, as it were. As for techniques, it's best to seek out professional help for that sort of thing (and proper analysis of your situation in particular) - that's what speech therapy is for.
