I think you missed this part: "not a hypothetical such as someone sustaining brain damage after a long boxing career and wouldn't be able to normally speak (which again, my video wouldn't apply to)." I'm excluding those cases. I'm only following the "traditional" meaning of stuttering, which is when someone can't get the words out and lack a history of brain impairments, whether genetic or environmental.
