I don’t see anything wrong here. Your friend, who understands your condition, gave you a critique on your essay. Idk what the assignment calls for so I can’t give a judgement on whether to keep it or not, but i don’t see anything wrong here on either side. They may have become a bit uncomfortable based on the topic, but that seems to be the extent of it.
