Over Analyzing

Over Analyzing Hey everyone, I’ve caught myself thinking about my stammer A LOT. Everything I say a sentence I try to sound as fluent as I can and when I don’t I tend to repeat the words I get stuck on in my head. I’m so tired of doing this but it’s become such a bad pattern. Any advice would help.
