That's one of the more common stuttering, is repetition or blocks at the beginning of a word. Probably has to do with the lack of flow, which seems to be apart of it in my experience. However, I do occasionally stutter on sounds in the middle of words. Usually that is a block rather a repetition. This leads to someone usually trying to guess what I'm saying or thinking I'm done speaking.
