Yup, happened to me too. Not being able to tell someone your name is the worst. Any other time would be perfect, but not at the start of a damn conversation - _- I found my hack to this when I'm in a small group, I ask the person their name and tell them mine before they even ask. This makes it a lot easier since your not being put on the spot.
