Stumble/stuttering when I have to speak loud Today I realized something. I have a mild stuttering problem but I think only half the people who I speak with realize that bc it only comes out every now and then. However I ‘m guaranteed to stutter when I’m in an area that isn’t completely quiet. Naturally I have a really quiet voice and I can’t even get the person next to me to fully hear me at a shopping mall. If there’s mild conversation or moderate noises around me, they’ll drown out my voice bc mine is so quiet (think about your volume when you speak to someone across the room. That’s my yelling volume lol. I stutter whenever I try to speak louder. I know people can’t hear me right cuz my voice is so small, so maybe the anxiousness about this problem makes it worse. I feel like the more I try to speak up so they can hear me, the more I stutter and the weaker my voice becomes...and then I speak normally to that person in a quiet area and they probably wonder wtf happened lmao. Anyone have this problem and learned to fix it?
