When you have to answer the phone at work...

When you have to answer the phone at work... It’s the worst feeling in the world. Especially when you can’t get the initial greeting out. Or you can barely respond to their questions. Or worse of all, sounding completely unprofessional when you have to use sounds like “Um” every other word. Ugh!
