Rough day

Rough day Currently sitting in bed chain smoking and with the words of an old primary school teacher playing in my head on a loop “speak properly” over and over again. Thought i was somewhat over it but here I am in tears. My stutter has been so much worse and I’m allowing it to control my life again.. just needed to rant ._.
