It's really difficult but learning to accept is a process that you have to work at overtime. The more you ignore that inner thought you have will become muscle memory to just ignore those bad thoughts and you will put off better energy so those you interact with won't feel uncomfortable. I use to wonder why people would ignore me or just listen to me for a short time than find a reason to exclude themselves. But when I got to the point to where I just accepted either its gonna go good or bad I realized the conversations where smoother and the person I talked to wasn't giving me weird looks or shifting to someone else. Some people can be really difficult I agree and I do encounter those people still, mostly women but that just let's me know that's not someone I would want to be affiliated with to begin with cause they show their true colors.
