I'm 35. Been stuttering since I was 3. My 20s were awful but that was mostly on me. I was depressed and every time I stuttered I would beat myself up. Now I'm on Zoloft. My stutter hasn't gotten better but I don't beat myself up anymore. I even answer the phone at work now and if they give me shit for stuttering, stuff em.
