Any companies that are inclusive specific to stutters?

Any companies that are inclusive specific to stutters? Hi all, I am currently working on a college project on stuttering/stammering. I have seen many companies inclusive on various disabilities and approaches that benefit employees. I am wondering if anyone has encountered or experienced a company that has been inclusive towards stammering or took it into consideration. Thank you all
